You probably know that a refrigerant repair requires a certified tech. Alex is the tech who is authorized and involved. He thoroughly carried out full diagnosis, answered our questions, then agreed the price with us and did a great repair. We need a part to change and he had it in his van! So it was a quick, seamless repair and now SAS have more satisfied clients ). We are really grateful and happy!

The tech from SAS arrived on time, was polite and really skilled. I had several questions on my washer, he answered to all of them and additionally consulted me on further use. We will never call another appliance repair company again. Our technician is named Alex and he really knows his stuff plus he cares. He troubleshot the problem and had to get a part from another city. It was going to be three days before he would be able to get back with the part. We told Alex we had our special anniversary party scheduled over the weekend and what horrible timing. He really seemed to care even though we told him that we would just buy gallons of water. Alex got the part from another tech and returned THAT DAY to get our job done

It took me long to wright my review, but it is intentionally. I wanted to see how good my stove would be working after the repair. Yes, that is great now. Alex, a tech who performed works, was personable, professional and did a good job. SAS is a reliable company, you can be confident of their service.

Alex was very diligent and professional. It was not an easy job to fix our double oven which weighs over 600 pounds. But Alex did it by himself and within 1 hour. He is an amazing hard working technician! We will definitely use Smart Appliance Services again!

Smart Appliances was a great choice, which is hard to make when searching for washer repair online. From the first call to schedule and through to the service tech, the experience was extremely professional and pleasant.The appointment was scheduled at my convenience within 24 hours – the switch on the door of washer went out and the tech was able to replace it on the spot during the initial call. For me, $240 is an affordable expense for the combo Maytag washer / dryer that I purchased in approx. 2010 that has not needed any service until now. I am very pleased with their service, would use them again, and would recommend them to my neighbors

I called Alex after the first repair service I have called failed to fix the issue. He came quickly and calculated pretty good price after diagnosis. All I needed – solved the problem at minimum costs. Easy-going, professional service, outstanding result and gave me some advice on my appliance.

I was so happy to find this service! The quickest respond, no hidden fees and doubtful prices. Alex arrived the same day, some particular parts were ordered on time and installed as soon as they were delivered. All parts were new but the heating element in my dishwasher was disconnected and Alex fixed this problem immediately after my call without any additional charges.

Surely, professional guys. Firstly, do not overrun the schedule, secondly, carry out diagnosis and THEN provide price (reasonable) and estimations, thirdly, high quality of repair. That is how I have my washer dryer still good working now after 11 years of its life.

SAS really have a highly-skilled personnel. While repairing, Alex explained us what and why shall be done to solve the problem and then accurately calculated the total price, full transparence. He is a communicative, honest tech, so do not doubt and call him for repair.

When my dishwasher stopped draining I experienced a kind of panic mode. Nice situation. Very expectedly. It should be fix urgently. Alex was the quickest tech to come and solve the issue.
