Burner is not working in KitchenAid Range
Brand: KitchenAidModel: KERC607HWH4
We arrived at the customer’s location to fix the issue with their KitchenAid Range Burner that was not working. The technician first inspected the burner itself and found no issues. Then, he opened the panel with the switches and immediately identified the problem. The switch was in terrible condition. The silver contacts inside had corroded, causing sparking during operation, and eventually, the switch had burnt out. This is not related to the improper use of the range; it’s just that this particular model is basic, and sometimes manufacturers made components with defects that lead to quicker failures.
