LG Dryer never dry clothes

Sometimes the true cause of the failure can be established only after a talking with the client. In this case, burned cut-off thermostat. This is usually due to clogged dryer vent. But vent was clean and it was another reason. The client said he washed the blankets and bedding and dried it all at once. After several hours of drying, the dryer stopped drying. This means that the dryer load was too large and the hot air from the heating element was not coming well inside the drum and the heating element overheated. This led to the activation of the cut-off thermostat. Tech replaced this thermostat, no further complaints from the customer were received.
